1 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the GA99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between GA99 and all of its members.

GA99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• GA99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without providing a reason.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the platform, GA99's decision will be considered final.
• The Bengali version of these terms and conditions shall be considered the authoritative version.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at GA99, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Registering with false or incomplete details may result in your account being suspended at any time and any deposited funds being forfeited.

Each individual may only operate one GA99 account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, GA99 may request copies of your national ID, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be valid and belong to you personally.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Use a strong password to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

GA99 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum depends on your account verification level.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. However, first-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional verification, which could extend the processing time.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• GA99 reserves the right to place a hold on payments if unusual transactions are detected, until an investigation is completed.
• Multiple withdrawal requests made on the same day may be combined and processed together.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been wagered at least once.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on GA99 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements, validity period, and restrictions.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit. If anyone attempts to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

• Bonus funds are displayed separately from your cash balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 30x.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified time frame will be automatically forfeited.
• GA99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed while using a VPN or proxy.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing Sports Betting at GA99. Once a bet is accepted, it is considered final and cannot generally be cancelled, unless there is a technical reason.

GA99 sets the odds for all events and reserves the right to adjust them as needed. In live betting, odds can change at any moment, and due to network latency, the odds at which your bet is placed may not always be guaranteed.

• Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled once the match has kicked off.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed more than 36 hours before the scheduled kick-off, the bet will be voided.
• In an accumulator (parlay) bet, if one leg is voided, that leg will be treated as odds of 1.0 and the remaining bet will continue as normal.
• GA99 verifies scores, results, and statistics through official sources. In the event of a dispute, official source data will be considered final.
• The maximum win is ৳1,000,000 per bet and ৳5,000,000 per day.

6 Casino Game Terms

Casino games on GA99 are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate and rules, which can be found in the game's info section.

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay (such as a network disconnection or server error), GA99 will determine the round's outcome based on server logs. If no record exists on the server, the round will be voided and the bet amount will be refunded.

• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game software is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings from free spins and bonus rounds will be credited to your bonus balance.
• For progressive jackpots, the maximum payout will be determined in accordance with the game provider's rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GA99 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

• Using the platform for fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to bet or play games.
• Attempting to access or use another member's account without authorization.
• Attempting to hack or compromise GA99's systems, network, or software.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Creating an account with false information or submitting fraudulent KYC documents.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

GA99 takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. The details you provide at registration will only be used for account management, verification, and service improvement. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

If a dispute arises, please contact our customer support first. We always strive to resolve member issues quickly and fairly. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it may be escalated to GA99's management committee, whose decision will be considered final.
